Our Mission
About Michelle
I’ve been practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years.
I’m trained in Hatha yoga , with additional certifications in yin, restorative, and Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra, in particular, has been a turning point for me—offering a way to access deep rest while staying gently aware. It’s a practice I return to often, and one I love sharing through my classes, recordings, and retreats.
My intention is to create spaces where you can soften, reconnect, and feel at ease in your body.
