I offer slow, strength-based classes, deeply restful practices, guided meditations, and immersive workshops designed to support the nervous system and create space to rest.
Yoga Classes
Yoga classes offered include Slow Flow, yin, and gentle movement classes. Yoga nidra and meditation classes can be offered in combination or as a separate experience.


Workshops and Retreats
Contact me for curated workshops and retreats offered within Nova Scotia and beyond. Workshops can include gentle movement and somatic release techniques as well as meditation offerings.
